(no subject)
so- i am in the position of needing a new computer, pretty urgently. with my grand total of $160 in the bank, it might be awhile before i am in the position to actually be SHOPPING for a new computer, but between now and then i am doing a lot of thinking about what i need, and how much i'll need to spend. i want a macbook, becuase my pc has given me nothing but a shit time, and i don't know all that much about computers, except that everyone i know says macs are "better" i also figure if i have to put any $$ into a new computer, i might as well just spend a lot and not have to do it again anytime soon. ANYWAY- does anyone have any ADVICE for me? like- mac experiences or what have you? cold hard cash twords a new computer welcome as well.
aaaaaaaaaand in other news we threw a pretty serious party last night (so serious in fact that one of our guests pilfered our honeycomb soap undiscovered, who steals soap from a party?? wft?)
i went to bed looking forward to scrubbing wine off the tables and chairs and wringing beer out of our floor cushions, but thanks to pat, house guest extraoridnaire, i woke up to a clean house and thanks to james i woke up to delicious eggs as well. thanks to dr. h.b de groot i also woke up to 8 1/2 more pages to write about charolette bronte's jane eyre. so in my fucked up hungover state on the world's most fucked up computer i am going to resume my english paper.
