Hey guys
Well I have the day off from work today. That's really nice. But, I'm spending my day on the computer typing my research papers. I have two poems due in my Comp II class tomorrow, but I wrote those last night before bed.
Yesterday was an alright day. I went to class and took my ECO test. I think I actually did alright. I walked away feeling like I passed. Cuz I knew the stuff. :) I'm very proud of myself. I went to the LRC after class, got some books for my research paper. I finished all that up and met Els at the computer lab, and we went to Panera Bread for lunch. That was fun. We talked and laughed like always.
Called Dad on my way home. That was nice, got to talk to him for a bit. I miss home. Thanksgiving should be spent in a state that has four seasons. That's all I'm gonna say. I can't believe Thanksgiving is TWO days AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so excited. The BEST holiday ever.
Yesterday was Rock's 21st birthday. I text him Happy Birthday, and told him that I wasn't sure if he had voicemail so he doesn't get to hear me sing (be thankful!). And he called me back like an hour later, and was like Okay, sing to me. I just started laughing. I was like, I'm not singin, I was just joking when I text you that. He was like...Oh c'mon. So I sang to him. He was like Thank You. It was funny. We ended up talking for like a half hour. He needed to go cuz it was starting to rain, and he needed to pay attention to the road. He was like call me sometime. So we can talk. I was like, Okay...! It was really nice to talk to him. I miss him a lot. Els came in after we were done yakkin, and I told her all about it. I took a stroll down memory lane. The three summers that I hung with Rock. Like, every day and night. We'd go putt-putt golfing, go for ice cream, the time he came with my family up to Mackinaw for dinner at my grandparents campsite, CAMP, bowling, and TONS of other things. He's still a great friend, but we just don't get to catch up too often anymore.
Anyways. I'm thankful for such great friends this Thanksgiving. I have the best friends in the world. I just want to say I love you all. You all mean so much to me. Hope ya'll have a good day! I love you. Talk to ya'll later! :D
