Hooray for Roleplay.

This is a role play put into story form from the community atla_au_role keep in mind, I'm Aang in this.

Toph walked up the sidewalk and took a deep breath before rapping her fist on the door.

"Aang?" She called out. "It's me."

Aang heard Toph and starting to scramble to the door, tripping up over Appa and finally crashing right in front of the door.

"BAD APPA!" He yelled, standing up and opening the door. "Hey, Toph."

"Hey." Toph said, rubbing her arm nervously. She then grinned and walked into the house like she owned the place. "Where's Gyatso?"

"I really don't know, I couldn't even find a note when I woke up.." He said, closing the door behind Toph. "He may have gone to the store or something like that..."

She flopped down on the couch, rubbing Appa's head absentmindedly. "You know how-" She paused. "I'm not good at this emotional stuff, and you know that. Right?"

"Of course I knew that." He said, plopping down on the other side of Appa, Momo hopping into his lap.

"And you know my parents are talking constantly about boarding school, right?" Toph continued, her fingers hidden in Appa's fur. Her hand at her side curled into a fist.

"yes." He said, looking over at her. "Is something upsetting you really badly right now, because your knuckles are going white."

She flushed as her fist uncurled. "I have something I really need to say, but I don't know how." She admitted softly.

Aang started to get nervous. "Umm...Okay." He said, hiding the nervousness in his voice and heart beat.

Toph was so preoccupied she didn't realize Aang was just as nervous as she was.

"I just- oh, screw talking!" She finally said, and she grabbed both sides of Aang's face and pressed her lips to his.

Aang went wide eyed as Toph kissed him. 'Holy..' He thought, closing his eyes.

Appa left the couch as Toph scooted closer to Aang. Without really noticing what she was doing, she slid into Aang's lap. Her knees pressed against either side of him as she deepened the kiss.

Mo Mo had to jump out of Aang's lap, as not to get crushed by the 'imposing' Toph. Aang wrapped his arms around Toph, hoping to whatever god that Gyatso wouldn't come home for a while.

Toph pressed herself tighter to Aang (if that was even possible) and didn't notice as tears began to roll from her eyes and onto Aang's face.

Aang broke the kiss when he felt tears. "Toph, what's wrong, am I really that bad of a kisser?"

"No." She said thickly. "It's not that." She then hid her face in Aang's neck and muttered something about "love" and "parents".

"Toph, could you repeat that?" He asked, trying to hide the sympathy, knowing that it would make her angry at him.

She sighed and turned her head so that he could hear her. "If my parents send me away, I won't get to see you again." Her breath was blowing on Aang's ear, as close as she was.

"Would you like me to find some way that you wouldn't have to go?" He asked, kissing Toph's forehead.

"How would you do that?" Toph asked him. "It's not like you have any more control over this than I do." She shifted before beginning to nibble on his earlobe.

Aang let out a yelp as Toph nibbled his earlobe. "I could always do something with the computer systems, wink wink." he said, still holding on to Toph.

"What?!" Toph demanded, nipping slightly in her shock. "What does that mean!?"

"Ow!" Aang exclaimed when Toph nipped him. "I was just saying I could always...mess with the boarding school computer system, crash it, make it do stuff so that the school would have to close." He was hoping that Toph wouldn't smack him or worse: punch him.

She froze, sitting completely still in Aang's arms.

"Ummm..." He didn't know what to do when Toph didn't say anything or even move. "Are you angry at me?" he asked, hoping she'd say 'no'.

She shook her head slowly. "They- they won't tell me where they're sending me, Aang." Toph leaned forward to press her cheek against his. "But would you really do something like that for me?" Without warning, her arms tightened slighly. "That's a felony."

"Your point being...what?" He asked, moving his head and kissing her cheek before returning to his original position. "You could always find a way to tell me what the school is, and I'm not worried about a felony, I've hacked systems before." He said, still holding onto Toph, not wanting to let go.

A tremor ran through Toph's body before she leaned back to 'look' at Aang. Slowly, she reached forward and pressed a hand against his chest before she began kissing him again. Boldly, she dug her fingers into his hair with one hand while the other ventured bravely up his shirt.

Aang kissed back, moving his arms from Toph's back to her waist. Again praying to any god that Gyatso wouldn't walk in.

Then, A light knock at the door that was almost inaudible, but Aang heard it.

Toph heard the door as well and broke the kiss, her face red. "Can you get the door?" She asked. "I've got to use the bathroom." She spun and raced for the tiny bathroom.

"O..K" He said, standing up from the couch and opening the door. there was Gyatso, holding close to fifty bags in his hands.

Aang helped his legal guardian with the bags before he disappeared into the hallway. Aang knocked on the door.

"Toph, are you alright?" He asked, sounding concerned at how red she was when she raced down here. "Gyatso said he was going to visit a friend for a week, and he was getting groceries so I could at least live. He already left." He said, taking a gasp of air at the end of his close-to-speech.

"Yeah." She called out. "I'll be out in a minute." She waited a few seconds before coming out, sliding her phone back into her pocket.

"Who did you call?" Aang asked, noticing The phone Toph had slid into her pocket.

"Where did Gyatso say he was going?" Toph asked, dodging the question.

"A friend's" He said, noticing she was changing the subject. "Who did you call?" He asked again, not trying to pry bu he still wanted to know.

Toph's want for privacy and need for straight-forwardness warred in her head for a moment before she blurted out "I called Suki because I think-" Her hands flew over her mouth as her cheek went red.

"I won't ask what you think, looks like your a little embarrassed over it." He said, turning to enter his little room.

"Wait!" Toph cried out, grabbing onto Aang's wrist. Her cheeks flushed even darker. "I want to tell you, but- it's hard for me."

"Like I said you don't have to." He said, turning around to face Toph.

"But dammit Aang, I love you!" Her eyes widened as she realized what she had said. His wrist fell from her grip, and she ran past him for the door.

"Toph!" Aang ran after Toph and grabbed her arms, turning her around to face him. "I love you, too." He said, kissing Toph on the lips softly then letting her go if she wanted to leave.

She smiled softly. "You really mean it?" She asked. Not waiting for an answer, she jumped forward and wrapped her arms around his shoulders, hungrily attacking his mouth. She could feel him stagger backwards as her arm brushed against a doorway.

Aang wrapped his long arms around Toph's tiny waist almost twice, trying to stable them both so they wouldn't fall onto the floor. He failed, though and the both fell onto a bed, who's bed, Aang didn't know and he didn't really care, at least it wasn't the floor.

Toph straddled Aang, her fingers digging into his chest. She ran her lips down Aang's chin and neck.

Aang flipped Toph over, then he noticed it was his room and his drawer was open. He quickly shut the drawer, and turned the key that locked it. 'Don't ASk about it, Don't ask-' he continued to say mentally.

The sound of the drawer was loud to Toph's sensitive ears. She wrapped her legs around Aang's waist and pressed her lips to his ear before asking "What was that?" Aang's heartbeat waqs unusually rapid under his skin.

"Nothing." He says, sliding the key out of its original spot and throwing into a hiding spot. "You'll have to wait to find out." he said, kissing her lips softly.

In an extremely un-Toph-like move, she said "I can wait" before sliding her hands under Aang's shirt again. Her fingers traced lightly over his skin, and she smirked as he shivered.

"Wow, look who's growing up!" Aang said, trying to conceal a smirk. "But I will give you a hint if you can tell me the 3 words I'm thinking of." He said, his hands running through Toph's hair.

Toph shockingly pinched him before laughing. "Ow that hurt?" She guessed, grinning.

"No. No. and No." he said, rubbing the spot she pinched and sat up. "Two more guesses." he said, standing and striding over to the key and pocketing it before sitting back down

Toph rolled her eyes and blew her bangs out of her hair, clearly aggravated that Aang was no longer kissing her. "let me guess... I love you." She said sarcastically.

"There you go!" He said, clapping his hands. "Was that so hard?" he asked, moving over to the drawer and unlocking it. "get one thing from this drawer, these things were going to be for your birthday, but I suppose you can have one." He placed the key back into his back pocket and lightly kissed Toph's cheek. "Happy early birthday."

Toph slowly reached into the drawer, pulling out a small box. "Oh, Aang!" She said melodramatically, putting a hand over her heart. "A little box! It's what I've always dreamed of!" She couldn't help but laugh at the end of her 'speech', though.

"Open the box, please." He said, trying to not make it sound like a command. He knew Toph Bei Fong did not like commands

Toph paused, her fingers tightening on the lid. "Did- did you hear something?"

---------------------------------------

Something inside Suki made her worried about her two underage 14 year old friends. She'd had a lot of friends, and not to say anything bad about them, but they weren't always the best people to hang out with. She knew why Toph was at her boyfriends house, after she found out about boarding school. So she dragged herself away from the tv and borrowed her mom's car.

Anxiously walking up to Aangs house and using the key Gyatso gave her mom in case of an emergincy she roughly opened the door.
"HELLO?!?!" She shouted. And proceded to walk around the house.

Suki tapped her foot on the floor and looked around. She put her keys in her purse and purused the house, sorta calmly. Wanting to save the bedroom for last but she decided to go there first.

"Toph?!?! Aang!?!" Suki shouted loudly as she opened Aang's bedroom door.
-----------------------------------

Toph was the first to react, turning towards the door and hiding the box behind her hands. "I knew I heard something!" She said loudly to Aang, trying to ignore the burning of her cheeks.

Suki looked around Aang's room and the coupling she just broke out.

"What in the hell is going on?" She yelled. She expected something like this but it still shocked her. "You two are 14 and underage."

She looked at Toph who was obviosly embarrassed. "I know you are upset about the Boarding school thing but come on. There are consequences if you go too far."

Suki shocked herself at sounding soo much like her mother. She paused and let the guilty speak.

Toph paused a moment before pulling the box back out. "I have no idea what you're talking about, Fangirl." She lied smoothly. "We're still wearing clothes, aren't we?" But she didn't stop for an answer. "Aang just gave me an early birthday present." And she held the box out in her hands.

In that instant Suki chose to to feel like an idiot because she seemed to be wrong but to just keep on going on the track she was. "I don't care if you didn't get that far! Just. Why don't we go back to my house Toph and talk okay? Bye Aang." She pointed to her eyes and back at Aang in the 'i'm watching you' signal.

Toph crossed her arms. "I'm not leaving." She announced. "You're not my mom, and you're not his mom." She pointed to a silent Aang.

Aang finally spoke up. "Maybe you should go, Toph." Aang said, not wanting Suki to get too P.O ed at him. "I probably should get back to my job for at least an hour." He said, standing up.

"Yeah, you better run Aang." Suki said, even though the line was 100% random and the only thing she could think of at the moment. SHe turned around and walked to the door. Paused and then shouted. "TOPH!!!"

"Coming!" Toph shouted to her friend crossly. She then pressed the box back into Aang's hands. "I'll open it later, alright?" She said. Not waiting for an answer, she pressed her lips to his for a fleeting second before slouching after Suki.

"Bye Toph." He put the box the night stand and got ready for his 'illegal' job (even if no one really cared).
