For future reference (because I didn't remember how i did it last time, and my hunt for the websites I found the method failed):
0.PUT ON MARIGOLD GLOVES!
1.wrap buisness end of toilet brush in 2 plastic bags
2. jam it into toilet, as deep as it can go
3. flush, and pull brush up and down
repeat if necissary
