Random Dream I Had Last Week!
Okay peoples! I decided that it's time that you read about another random dream of mine! Yay!!! This one deals with Doctor Who.
So, I was traveling with The Doctor. Not the TV Doctor, but in fact THE Doctor! He didn't quite look like David Tennant, but you could see why someone would cast David Tennant to play the Doctor... So in my dream the Doctor and I were traveling, and we stopped somewhere and we saw that they were making a musical version of Doctor Who. (Because the real Doctor of course keeps tabs on the TV show and such, because he wants to see how he's portrayed.)
So we sat and were watching the musical, and it was so funny! (Imagine singing and spinning and dancing Daleks! Yay! And Cybermen! And some of the other weird aliens!) It was quite enjoyable, especially since The Doctor would occasionally lean over and tell me the 'real' story behind some of the events portrayed in the musical.
And then I had a flashback scene of my life, and how it was that I came to travel with The Doctor. I was living in this cool little apartment with lots of glass windows. I was trying to paint a picture of something I had seen a few nights earlier that was really scary. This painting, man! I still get a shiver down my spine thinking about it... It was this... sort of unfocused face of a cyberman. And it was a little blurred, almost as if it was seen through rain. But it was just so amazingly eerie! *shivers*
So here I was, trying to finish the painting, when suddenly Cybermen started appearing everywhere! Some neighbor kids came running over to hide in my house, and I put them in a secret closet so that the Cybermen wouldn't see them. But then one of the Cybermen did a weird mind control thing, and found out where the kids were, and went and got them and turned them into Cybermen. And I was so upset, but because of the mind control thing, I couldn't cry or shout or anything...
So The Doctor comes and rescues me, but we can't save the children that I had been trying to hide. They end up getting destroyed when the Doctor kills all the Cybermen. So the reason I was traveling with the Doctor is because home was too painful, and I need to help him save people so that I can forgive myself for betraying the children (even though it was mind control and not a conscious decision... the guilt in the dream was so overwhelming and real.)
Anyway, the flashback ends and we're back at the theater watching the musical. We stand and give the actors a round of applause when it ends. Then The Doctor and I jump on the stage and wave while the people are looking at us all crazy. Then the Doctor does something cool with the Sonic Screwdriver and the TARDIS appears on the stage and we step inside and then we leave for some other adventure.
