Anna was my second baby girl. She has left such a hole in my heart. I still cannot believe she is gone.

Actually, I have taught Intro to Psychology, Adol. Psy, Interpersonal Relations and Communication and some human services courses, but I am not a psychologist. I had the distinction of being the only education major in a large community college counseling department for over ten years, so the social sciences dean felt I was experienced enough to teach in that department. However, I would be interested in learning about CBT. I am going to therapy, have joined a grief website, and do some writing about Anna, but I am not sure just how theraputic writing about is for me. I can't write about her without crying, and as strange as it may sound, I grow weary of crying. The tears keep flowing, but the pain never seems to lessen.
