baliTANG INA # 45: Turning 24 and broke stil

Dear Lindsay,

One's birthday is that once-in-a-year's opportunity to look back at how fruitless and uneventful one's existence has been, live for the present to gather friends for a night of burp and beers in vain attempt to protect oneself from endless reruns of self-loathing and, most importantly, look forward to the uplifting benefits of capitalism and celebration of materialism. Just like what my concubine-to-be Jason Lee exclaimed in "Mall Rats", I luuuuuurve the smell of commerce in the morning!
