MCU:assume a defensive stance
Ah Bruce/Clint. My they-haven't-talked-to-each-other-in-canon-but-I-ship-it pairing for the MCU. I’m still not quite sure how this happened, but I know this story played a huge part in it. It’s got just the right about of woobie!stoic!Clint that I enjoy and a truly wonderful Bruce. I particularly enjoyed his conversation with Steve at the end.
I’m not sure I’ll still be on this ship post-AoU. I hear there will be SHOCKING!NEW!CANON! for both Bruce and Clint (please don’t tell me anything; I’ve already been spoiled too much). So I’m very happy I got around to podficcing this while I still have all my Bruce/Clint feels.
