Quick Update
It's pretty hard not having internet,even not having a computer. At work I am so tempted to go to site, but I know the powers of IT can track what I've been searching. Therefore the IT will contact my supervisor.. Don't want to get into trouble since I've started working there for almost 2 months. So far my new job has been good.. Everyone complimented me for being a quick learner and intiative of getting the job done. For example, the second week I assigned to learn how to mail merge. Didn't see any problem of mail merging Excel to Word.. Little did I know that I would be dealing highly confidential material...Something that I cannot further discuss. But everyone was happy with the results. So happy that the VP or HR Dept and the Director mentioned that I will be workly closely with project next year with them. They were surprised that I handled professionally with the flaws and the time consumption of that project. They couldn't believe that I came in the most crucial time and to be assigned to that project.
I'm contempt with this job...I 'm hoping that someday I will go to grad school and continue working my MBA preferably in HR and possibility get certification in HR. But right now, I want to learn about this field and this company. I don't want to perceive that I'm hungry to move up in this company because I don't have the skills, the knowledge or the experience,nor be contempt to stay at that position forever. I figure it's best to absorb everything and eventually step up.
