I'm three years shy to being 30
Today was really interesting. Since my first day working at my new job, my colleagues have been asking when is my birthday..So today mostly everyone forgot today was my B-day...Today was not fun. Eight hours staring at a computer tweeking my slides to present next week. This is my first work presentation explaining why the company had a lose in summer sales. Tonight Dave and I went to Fannies. Apparently the restaurant is planning to close and instead an Eckerd will take over the lot. He figured that eating there for the last time would be special. Fannie's was our first date and we havent' been there for three years.
Last night Al and I went out for ice cream and watch Charlie & the Chocolate. No, it's not a REMAKE. Everyone has been telling me not watch this "remake" and Tim Burton shouldn't ruin a classic. To be honest, I love Tim Burton movies. His movies are dark and have a story of the character. Yes Willy has a beautiful past that the classic would not explain for his behavior, however this movie explains about Charlie, not Willy.So blah to the people who prefer the classic. You are not open of another director's P.O.V.
I cant' wait for my gift from Dave. It's finally something he didn't make. He's getting a membership for me at gym..Yeah!
