These are shows whose ongoing narratives aren’t tied into the main Arrowverse, but they have had impact or interaction with the Arrowverse.
Superman (1978 - Returns) - Clark Kent is the Paragon of Truth and participates in the Crisis on Infinite Earths. Designated Earth-96
Flash (1990) - Barry Allen attempted to warn the core Arrowverse heroes in the Elseworld crossover after the Monitor devastated his world during one of his tests. Participates in Crisis on Infinite Earths. Designated Earth-90.
Smallville (2001) - Clark Kent lives on the Kent Farm with Lois and their daughters. Lex is president. Designated Earth-167
Constantine (2014) - Show retroactively placed on Earth-1. John Constantine became a regular character on Legends of Tomorrow.
Lucifer (2016) - Lucifer provides a way to Purgatory for John Constantine, John Diggle, and Mia Smoak. Designated Earth-666. Cameo officially takes place before the start of the show, making the entire Lucifer show Post-Crisis.
Cameo
These canons are confirmed to be in the Arrowverse but have only made a brief cameo.
Batman (1966) - Designated Earth-66. Dick Grayson is seen walking a dog. While not named on screen, the dog has been theorized to be Ace.
Batman (1989) - Designated Earth-89. Alexander Knox is reading a newspaper that says “Batman Captures Joker!” and sees the Bat Signal
Birds of Prey (2002) - Designated Earth-203. Helena Kyle speaks with Barbara Gordon over coms.
Green Lantern (2011) - Designated Earth-12. Shown in the restored multiverse.
DCEU (2013) - Consisting of Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, Justice League, Suicide Squad, Wonder Woman (movie), Aquaman, and Shazam. No designation. Flash show Barry meets DCEU Barry in the Speed Force. DCEU Barry also mentions Victor.
Titans (2018) - Designated Earth-9. Jason Todd and Hank Hall are seen when their planet is destroyed. Raven, Dawn, Hank, Jason, and Koriand'r shown at the restoration of the multiverse.
Doom Patrol (2019) - Designated Earth-21. Shown celebrating after the restoration of the multiverse.
Swamp Thing (2019) - Designated Earth-19. Shown after the restoration of the multiverse.
Stargirl (2020) - Shown as part of the reborn multiverse. Designated Earth-2. Unknown if it is the same Earth-2 as before Crisis on Infinite Earths.

These are properties that haven’t directly crossed over, but have crossed over with something that is part of the Arrowverse
Green Hornet (1966) - Earth-66. Due to twice crossing over with Batman (1966), that would technically make this part of the Arrowverse as well.
