Also, we're moving in July.
Oh, and the apartment beneath the current Geek Household What Rules is coming up for rent. From Javagoth's LJ:
The 1 bedroom basement apartment in our house/duplex is going to be available to rent starting in July. I believe the current tenants pay about $900/mo rent. Since that was made into a rental after the fact, some of the appliances are newer and they have some insulated windows. Comes with big fenced-in back yard. The neighbors said they'd be happy to let people in to see it - we need to give them at least 24hrs notice(my rule). We're in the Greenwood neighborhood 1 block West of Greenwood Ave and just a couple blocks from Safeway and Walgreens.
Actual Address is: 9049 Palatine Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103
It's between 90th and 92nd and closer to the 92nd end of the street. Last house on the left that faces the street if you're driving North from 90th (first house on right facing the street if you're coming south from 92nd.
