Am I out of line?

Granted, it's been a year and a half since I started, then stopped teaching myself to build websites (I have people for that now), but is it too much to ask for an event website to say something more than "information coming soon" in almost every category 4 days before the event? I really want to go to Viking Love, but there are no details. I want to  know if there is more to do than watch the Iron Garb competition and wish I had the guts to participate. I'll still go. I'm just saying it would be helpful to us new folks that have never been to that event before to be able to prepare and plan to get the most out of the hard work that everyone does to make these things happen. I know for a fact there are people out there who don't go to events when the schedule isn't listed. I don't blame them. I wouldn't want to drive all the way there (gas as it is) pay my admission fee and then have nothing to do until feast -if I didn't have to leave before it in order to drive all the way back home. I'd just as soon go to a movie- especially since it is supposed to rain this weekend. It's frustrating to the populace, and leads to disappointment for the host, I would think. I know how I feel when folks don't come to my parties.
No really, am I expecting too much? I need to know if I need to adjust my viewpoint.
