Praise Report and Prayer Request
Well, the money situation for the October trip has been worked out. I went to work for my parents on a "professional" basis (meaning clock in, clock out, get paid by the hour), for at least the next five weeks (which will take us right up to the VFM Leadership Conference and then Iowa).
Here's where I need prayer, though: Pray that I will FOCUS on that work, and get it done properly and in a timely manner. It's only part-time work, but that on top of my regular "maintenance" work, the time I put in just for the privilege of being here and having food and Internet access, means I'll be pretty busy. It's all gonna be worth it, though.
Anyway, so I'm here, on a properly sanctioned email/Internet break before I do my morning maintenance stuff, then lunch with Melanie, and then an afternoon of work for $$$$. :) So here we go. it's gonna be a whirlwind five weeks.
Gotta go...stuff won't do itself. :)
