a day without focus (cont)
Well, I kept busy today. Managed to get the lawn cut and a bit of weeding/cultivating... and thennn decided to fabricate a ring that's been in my mental picture file for some time now.
A while ago (maybe 2 or 3 years) I came across a rhinestone tennis bracelet in a second hand "everything you can imagine" store. Wasn't too expensive and I knew I'd find lots of uses for the rhinestones. This is the first project to use one.
The stone has a nice flat facet on the top, which doesn't show up too well in the pic. Eh... so what.
The jewelry work too longer than expected. This is usually the case so it's now time for dinner then off to meet some friends. Hope you all had a good day too.
