writing, not sleeping

One of those days/nights -- woke early and couldn't get back to sleep so I decided to take the advice some of you mentioned and do a little writing again. Another section for "Close Encounters" popped out -- it's a draft, right off my fingertips, but it's up here (below) -- check it out if you like and see what you think. Too late to go back to bed now and besides I have a doc appt in a half hour.
