Anime Expo 2011 Finished, and Anime Kaigi around the corner!
Back from AX 2011, the 20th Anniversary! I've been a loyal AX attendee for a 5 years now, and I can definitely say there has been ups and downs, but every year I manage to have an awesome time! This year was no different! Yes the pre-Reg line was GINORMOUS on day 0, but you know what...that is a part of the experience. I always meet new in interesting people in the lines at Cons, and AX has the longest, so I always meet someone! Yes each Panel/Event I went to started late, but it did not stop me from enjoying them! I thought they had some really awesome things lined up this year! I unfortunately did not get to attend the Mikunopolis concert, but I heard from a couple friends that got to go that it was AWESOME! I'm sure it was no doubt! I met some really cool people (Adorable Luka with glasses I love you), took some great pics, and all in all had a wonderful convention! I was impressed by the immense size of the Artist Alley as well this year! WOWSER! I was happy to see my friends that I only get to see in the con circuit, and missed those I didn't get to see! For those of you that went to AM2 (Revenge con) I hope that you had a good time, and I missed you! >.<
For those of you that get the chance to head on out to Flagstaff next weekend for Anime Kaigi, I'll be there with my buddy Jessiy as our comic group "Gink"!
