I've made up my mind

But seriously, Chrismas this year was seriously tainted by the notable lack of Daron. I even took off Thursday (day before Christmas eve) but I spent most of that day baking cookies, then delivering cookies, then being passed out with kittens. No one at my parents Christmas eve dinner mentioned Daron, no one got anything for him, and of course he was not invited. They made it seem as if he did not exist.
The decision I"ve made is that next year, if no one has the intention of being freak'n civil to me or him next year: I'm boycotting my family's Christmas. Simple as that.
Will it help family relations? Maybe not... Will it prove that I'm seriously mad at them and will not play nice if they won't? Also maybe. But more than anything, I don't need no stinking holiday of love with them if they don't wanna show any love to us. We exist, we don't hate them, not trying to piss them off just by being together. Just don't want to be separated for goodness sake.
