Celebrating the death of man
I have been spending much time searching for vehicles online, so far I had found a few promising ones, but in the end most of them either sold before I could get in on it, or they were scams. Be wary if someone tells you its in a nother city and they want to have ebay moderate the transaction. Sadly the addage still prevails that; If something looks too good to be true, it probably is.
Ah well, the hunt continues and now I pine for a 2006 VW Diesel Jetta, heres hoping :p
Finally bought a bike for get to and from work, it will be most excellent, and it didnt cost me a fortune. ^^
I had bought tickets to go to Evil Dead the Musical for tonight but when we got there they were unable to find them, they also informed us that their system had been bumping people off the list, which is excellent considering the only way to get a good seat is to pre-order like a week in advance :/
So we mulled around the downtown area and went to the edge of downtown, where the city suddenly turned into a non-shithole, there were trees and a river and bridges and quiet residential areas, right at the edge of downtown. I;d never seen that before, it was quite nice, though we roasted our asses off in the heat. >_<
But twas still much fun, hopefully we'll get to go to the show next week. If not, there are plenty of normal concerts coming up, they might be through ticketmaster but at least they dont lose that shit or bump people off the list.
So very many bands coming up later in the year, oh so many, mwahahaha.
Now is relaxing time, with much Agalloch. and maybe some ice ;_;
