Hey, remember when it was the early 00's and every once in a while we all used to do this dramatic and dreaded thing called the FRIENDS CUT?! Well, I've just done the biggest friends cut EVER and deleted every single LJ friend that hasn't actively posted or commented in the past few months or whatever. This has left me with precisely 11 LJ friends

YAY! I was a little worried it would be lost on the way somewhere. Hooray! Was the mailman/-woman/-person holding on to it until you put your name on the box, I wonder...? Were they hoping to keep it themselves?! Hmh...

I'll have to think about what I would like! I feel like there's a ton of stuff that I miss from over there or that I somehow only associate with the US even though if I tried I might be able to find the same things over here (ie. there's a specific brand of facial scrub I've bought at Whole Foods, and I just remembered the dried chili mangos I've bought at Trader Joe's that I've never eaten anywhere else, ohhh). (How funny, by the way, that both of those things are from the bourgeois hippy stores! I mean, they're not that typically American I guess and we have plenty of them here!) (To be fair, I'd be very happy to have a "typically American" pancake or whatever right now but alas, not that easy to ship.)
