Author's Note: Wow. I haven't written anything in over a year. Little piece to satisfy my random urge to visit Yoosu again. I do apologize if it's a bit bland since it's been a while since my brain even wrote anything remotely like a story haha. That and the fact that I wrote it in 15-20 minutes. Now, off to school I go!

Every Rainy Day
Junsu loved rainy days. The soft blow of the wind, the pitter-patter of droplets hitting his window, the overall hush of quiet in his neighborhood. Those days were the best to lounge in bed, rolling amongst the covers until he drowned himself in a cloud of dazed alertness.
But Junsu loves rainy days best when there was a warm body next to his, the curve of someone else’s hips pushed against his, the touch of a warm finger against his collarbone. These days were even better than his old ones. Now he could roll into the soft body next to his, curl his hand around the curves.
He smiled as the other person murmured, turning his head towards Junsu, a hand creeping up his neck to rest against his nape. A sleepy groan uttered from the mass and sighed, “Too early.”
“It’s always too early for you.” Junsu replied with a small slap on the other’s stomach, a soft smile contrasting his small reprimand.
“Rainy days are meant for sleeping in, Junsu-ah. Waking up should be a crime.” Yoochun sighed and shifted, rubbing his eyes as he sat up. “Why are you up so early anyway?” He raised an eyebrow at the man moving to sit up as well, blankets pooling at his naked waist.
Junsu shrugged, his eyes glancing out the window as the steady drone of raindrops dropped against it. “Rain always wake me, but it makes me so drowsy that I never want to get out of bed. Such a dilemma.” He ended the sentence with a dramatic sigh, his lips twitching into a quick smile when he saw Yoochun roll his eyes.
“So dramatic.” Yoochun shook his head, leaning over to drop a quick kiss on his forehead. “But still mine, regardless.” He reached an arm out to snake around Junsu’s waist, pulling the other man flat against him.
“Yeah, yeah.” Junsu breathed out lazily, his head falling to rest against Yoochun’s shoulder. “I like rainy days best, you know.”
“I know,” Yoochun replied easily, fingers drawing strange curves and circles into Junsu’s hip.
“I like it best with you, you know.”
“I know,” Yoochun grinned, leaning his head against Junsu’s, fingers coming to a still. “And you like spending it mostly in bed too.”
Junsu nodded quietly.
“Ready to sleep again?”
“Mm.”
Yoochun chuckled silently and shifted to lower them onto the bed again. Because while Junsu loved rainy days. And he loved it best with a warm body against his. He never quite loved the misty haze that kept him in between awake and sleeping.
It took Yoochun a few rainy nights to realize the man never quite fell asleep after raindrops decided to greet their windows. So whenever Junsu moved against him, hands adventuring around the expanse of his body and he heard raindrops, he would force himself awake just to cox the other man back to sleep.
It was just a simple balance between them. One to wake up the other to greet the fresh misty dews of the day while the other was meant to lure him back to a deep sleep. It was their silent duties and while they never quite realized it, they kept repeating the same pattern.
Every rainy day.
