A Thanksgiving Mystery Picfic
Walter: Hey everyone, it's Walter! And on this Thanksgiving I want to remind everyone of the true meaning of Thanksgiving, being thankful for all the people (and muppets) in your life and, most importantly, being thankful for Muppet Thanksgiving specials!
Thankful: Did you say my name?
Walter: No, I was just talking about being thankful for Muppet Thanksgiving specials.
Thankful: Ah well, at least you weren't talking about being thankful for delicious Turkey dinners.
Ayu: *off camera * WALTER!!!!
Walter: Oh, no.
Ayu: Walter, what are you doing with my hat?
Walter: Aaaaah, nothing.
Ayu: It looks like you're wearing it.
Walter: No no no, nothing like that.
Ayu: Give it back. Or do you not remember that I have a minion army?
Walter: Aaaah, don't hurt me. Take it.
Ayu: See, it looks much better on me!
Walter: It fit me better... Now my hair is flat... You're more demanding than Miss Piggy sometimes.
Ayu: What was that?
Thankful: My pumpkin and I are getting out of here before this escalates. Later.
Zophie: *off camera* Ayu! Walter!
Zophie: Hey guys.
Walter: Haha, hey Zophie!
Aye: Grrrr, the Tokidoki girl.
Zophie: I was having a bit of a problem with some of the baby turkeys and I was hoping you guys could help me. It's ok if you don't want to....
Walter: Of course we'll help!
Ayu: We will?
Walter: Yeah! What's the problem?
Zophie: Thanks guys! I'm not really sure what's wrong with them. They keep on running around like lunatics while yelling 'The war is starting! Run for your lives!'
Ayu: They just think that they're going to get eaten. They'll calm down tomorrow when they realize they're not Thanksgiving chow.
Zophie: It's not like that. These guys know that they're not the kind of turkey that's eaten on Thanksgiving. In fact they've been looking forward to Thanksgiving dinner for weeks. Come on I'll show you.
Zophie: See?
Baby turkeys: The war is starting!!! The war is starting!!! Run for your lives!!! He is here!!! *turkeys run away*
Zophie: Who is here? Wait guys come back!
Snowcap: Hi.
Walter: AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!
Zophie: IT'S THE DEMON SNOWMAN!!!! RUN!
Ayu: Wait, you know Snowcap? Come on guys he's harmless. Look at him.
Snowcap: They fear me as they should, big headed girl.
Ayu: Yeah, I'm sure. Now why are you scaring the turkeys, Snowcap? For fun?
Snowcap: I am King Snowcap! I may do whatever---
Ayu: Wait, I know what this is about...
Ayu: You and your little ego can't handle the fact that the turkeys and all their Thanksgiving friends are getting attention. Typical Christmas snowman. Can't you just wait a couple more days?
Snowcap: No. If I am to take over the world I must be visible through all times of the year and claim every holiday as mine.
Ayu: Tell you what then, I'll give you a bit of a Thanksgiving present, ok?
Snowcap: I do enjoy presents.
Ayu: *throws Snowcap* You can sit on that shelf until after Thanksgiving. Have fun.
Snowcap: No!!!! Come back. I'll behave!! I like turkey too!! Come back big headed girl! Ugh!!!! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A KING!!! YOU WILL FEEL MY WRATH SOMEDAY!!!!
Zophie: I can't believe you got rid of him. You're so brave.
Ayu: Brave? Not that I don't bask in every compliment I receive but there's nothing scary about Snowcap. He's just a nuisance. Why are you two so afraid of him?
Zophie: *looks down*
Walter: Aaaah! One time he jumped on my back, stuck a bridle and saddle on me and forced me to trot around and take him to visit the imaginary people in his imaginary kingdom.
Ayu: That's actually pretty funny.
Walter: Noooo!
Zophie: What did he have against the baby turkeys anyway?
Ayu: Ah, he has an ego problem. Some people just can't let the holidays take their turns.
Ayu: You know, putting an annoying Snowman in his place has put me in a good mood so...why don't you come and have Thnaksgiving dinner with me and my minions?
Zophie: Really?
Ayu: Yup.
Walter: Me too?
Ayu: Why not?
Walter: Can I wear your hat?
Ayu: Don't push your luck.

Happy Thanksgiving to all those who celebrate it! We're all enjoying our food and Walter is especially excited to see the Muppets (including himself) on a Thanksgiving special with Lady Gaga tonight. He tells me he's going to do some rather enthusiastic dancing in the special.
And don't worry, we'll take Snowcap off the shelf in time for him to star in his yearly adventures. I already have a couple ideas for him and one involving Zophie!
