Sorry for the delay in posting this announcement, but we now have a time picked for the meetup: Thursday, August 7, from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. You can see our full updated description (which will be featured in the program book) in siriusly_snaped's profile, or on the intersections page of the official Terminus website.
Keep in mind that this meetup is likely to go longer than scheduled - so even if you can't make it by 4:30, you'll still be able to join us late without missing all the fun.
Meanwhile, the community also has a spiffy new look - feel free to check it out. We will do our best to get that RSVP post up tomorrow or in the next few days; after that, we'll start posting polls and discussion of where to go and what to do at the meetup, as well as plenty of opportunities for those who want to contribute. Eventually, we plan to open the community to non-moderator posting as well, so everyone can share their ideas.
And remember to pimp this to any of your interested friends, so we can get a higher attendance and have more fun!
