Watchwords
[16:49] nevermore_1106 : Oh, that reminds me of this old BBC series, "I, Claudius". Where Caligula (brilliantly played by a youngish John Hurt) gives the leaders of the guard these ridiculous watchwords just for fun.
[16:50] Me: Well, it was Caligula. xD
[16:50] June: Yep.
[16:50] Me: The guy made Incitatus a consul. Hey, bet you one watchword was a neighing sound.
[16:50] June: But like. He goes, "I do it to annoy him. Now every time he addresses the Captain of the guard he has to say 'Give us a kiss'. Yesterday, I gave him 'Touch me Titus'!"
[16:51] June: And then collapses into giggles.
[16:51] Me: OMG LOL
[16:51] Me: "Halt! Who goes there?!"
"[neighing sound]"
"Oh. Come on in."
[16:51] June: I KNOW
[16:51] June: I died.
[16:51] June: ROFL
[16:51] June: okay now I'm DEFINITELY dead
