Reworked a bit the old Maedhros in stereo

There are still some spots not fitting (just noticed a space under one brow being much in front than the face, ah), but now the tri-dimensional effect is much better. Remember, this is not a double portrait, but a stereoscopic image, you need to squint eyes to see it! In fact separate portraits are skewed, for I had to shift features to sides to create the effect while you see them as one.
