Boredom
Rose wanted a silly or pointless post, so here it is. I'm alone at work and bored to death. As much as I complain when people go in and out of the place all day long, asking questions whose answers I don't know most of the time and preventing me from working efficiently, I don't like being the only one stuck here either !
The only escape I can see in my near future is the bi-annual mandatory medical exam scheduled for tomorrow morning. Oh joy !! The doctor clearly is bored by his job too and doesn't care one bit if you're well or not. I remember going to see him after I had had my back operated and been off work for more than three months. He never asked once how I felt, how the operation went... Even worse, one of my colleagues who had been ill for months after a stroke and a very invasive operation, didn't have a real exam either...
Oh, I have to go. It's time to eat and my colleagues in the other service just called, they celebrate the Beaujolais nouveau ! ;D The day is looking better suddenly !! I'll tell you later if the Beaujolais was good ;D
