Bizarrely enough I DIDN'T fail at _rate_myjournal, which is a surprise in itself.

Layout: For a paid account, I would have expected a better layout. Your layout is default looking (if it's actually default or not, I don't know.) with default colours. I love coffee. And yes, I need to scroll over to see your layout. (My resolution is 800 x 600, or 600 x 800, whichever it is). I don't like the marquee at the top, but that's just because I HATE MARQUEES. Your hover effects are okay, although I don't like the question mark cursor. I like that you changed the scrollbar colours so they're not default, but still they are rather plain.
You have to scroll across....damnit that is one of my pet hates, I really need to start desgning these things smaller...it does look rather defaulty now I look at it, but I'll keep it for the Danielness and the coffee for the moment.
Only just figured out how to do marquees, which is funny because it turned out to be very easy, but I had to use in at least one style now I know how!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE PAGE TRANSITIONS. THEY ARE UGLY. THEY ARE TIME CONSUMING. THEY ARE NOT SPIFFY. THEY ARE CRAPPY. ALL OF US MODERATORS/MAINTAINERS/RATERS HERE LOATHE THEM WITH A FIREY PASSION!

Info: Your info is unique, although the layover of certain facts going from one asterisk to the next is slightly annoying. I do appreciate, however, that your info is informative.

Icons: I like the "sleep is a poor subsitute for coffee" I con, the Jack and Daniel one doesn't really make sense though. They're not crappy, nor are they fantastic, so I'd say I'm nuetral towards your icons.
Neutrality is good, the Jack and Daniel one is a private joke between myself and the wonderful twinklypixie who is responsible for it.
Entries: I like your entries, but it drives me crazy when people talk in third person. Other than that, I have no gripes.
I DO have a personality afterall, at least he didn't call me boring, which is what I expected
So a C, a nice average grade for a nice average journal...cheers.
