Yeah, Heechul's special too. *amused* I'd actually wanted to DM him a message but you can't unless he follows you too which of course he wouldn't. *sighs* I didn't really want to say it publicly tho I do think it's something he needs to hear. (nothing bad, just encouraging...I hope anyway LOL)
My comps always have been heavily used, that's why it's so worn out. Plus I had it for like 5 years, so...it was getting pretty overloaded. That's also why I was so picky with what I got in the end - I needed to get something I knew was going to be able to do what I wanted, as well as last at least the same length of time, cuz there's just no way I can keep replacing them when they die like that.
I leave them on constantly too because it's a pain to wait for them to boot up. They do say that shortens the life of them, but honestly, when comps are only lasting a year or so and mine lasted 5? I doubt that. (tho I will admit, it killed the battery, which is why I took it out of this one after charging it. I'll only use the battery when I go somewhere and have no other choice.)
Just need to find the time now to update. We have a huge backlog (this thing is already 214 pages long, 139,469 words *dies* and we haven't really gotten to the seriously dramatic stuff, if you can believe. This is just the beginning, going into the 2 relationships, how they came about etc. Then there's going to be MAJOR drama ahead... hehehe We have it all plotted out already *grins*) so I guess I'd better hurry and edit more. Need the time to do that, tho. *sheepish smile* We're both really busy atm...

Oh wow. Yeah! With my last laptop, it was always on and it was always plugged into the outlet. My battery life shrunk from around 2 hours to a mere 25 minutes, at most. :/ With my current laptop, I've learned, haha. I only use the battery when I'm out and I make sure to wait until it's almost dead - then I charge it. most of the time, I use the power outlet and I turn it off when I go to bed. So far, my battery life's still good as new. ^^ I know what you mean though - I agree with how you chose your laptop. Laptop = life, so it should be a good laptop. ^^
Whoa! That's one huge file, haha. What do you mean "we haven't really gotten to the seriously dramatic stuff"?? haha... I thought we were close, or there - something! But wow, now I'm excited. ^^ Yes, life sure does get into the fun stuff. Boo. Oh well. I'll be here cheering you on! \(^o^)/

hehe... reading that made me giggle!! But I have to say, it's really sweet. ^^ It looks like it'd go over the character limit though (I really dislike the character limit). Are you going to send it to him? If you do, I'll support you! haha... and if you want, I'll write something of equal sentimental value so you won't be the only one face-palming and hiding. ^^

Yeah, I figured it'd take a couple of posts if I do actually get up the courage to post sth like that to him in public view (see why I wanted it private? LOL). I just think it's something he needs to hear; that we enjoy what he does and just want him to be happy too. I think ppl forget that behind the celebrity is a real person, y'know?

That's true. I think it's 'cause celebrities are placed on this pedestal and they're always just out of your reach, so people start putting this 'invincible' label (or something) on them... haha... well, let me know if/when you do. I'll have to figure out what to tweet him, haha. So no worries - we'll be hiding together.
Whoa - seriously?? haha... I don't mean to be all bossy but get to bed! :/ I'm actually doing homework I've put off till now. URGH!!! This is when all the fun I had before backfires on me most spectacularly.
