New iMac and Presidio Adventures
I always mean to update more often. Really.
My laptop's screen stopped working a week ago. It didn't just completely shut off. The display is very dim and can only be seen in the daytime, so weird. Adam and I wanted to get an iMac for a while, but this just gave us an excuse to get it sooner than later. Now, I can see my photos and surf facebook on a 24" screen. It's amazingly big.
I accidentally went to the Presidio last weekend. I intended to go to the Union Street Festival in the Marina, but it sucked. I just saw a bunch of bros and bro-hoes and a Republican sign-up booth. I just kept walking and made it to Cow Hollow, passed A 16 and eventually made it to the Presidio. I hiked through the park for about three hours, taking amazing photos of the golden gate bridge and other landmarks. I had never spent that much time there before. I walked half way back to downtown and caught a bus. I calculated the distance I walked that day on google maps and it came out to 10 miles. Not what I had planned.
