Character: Daedalus Yumeno
Character Journal: gaveherwings
Power Information: He can manipulate the rate of cell-growth intuitively, although being able to examine and visualize the cell structre he's working with helps, so he usually needs to see a sample under a microscope. He uses this in specialized healing techniques, such a slowing tumor growth to a manageable rate for removal.
Work Information: Heads the Newcomer Community Center Clinic. Currently works 3 nights a week on genetic research with SERO, after a severe hours cut at Skye Medical Center. He's training for use of his power in treatments, but isn't attending for patients at the hospital right now.
Living Information: A Condo in Sector 3, between Hillsdale and SPU Campuses. Lives with Franz d'Epinay.
Other Information: Extended info here. Daedalus is a gifted young medical doctor and genetic researcher from the dystopian dome-city of Romdeau. He's known for his tolerant patience and good bedside manner, and is prone to ramble at length about social system and civic purpose. Despite seeming a bit straight-laced on the surface, he's rather subversive of the rules when it comes to getting his favorites patients among the newcomers specialized treatments. He can also be something of a fatalist when moody.
I Am Looking For:
~ Shiroe's left the Port, leaving a painful lack of his usual mentoring role. Daedalus has a strong supportive, almost parental bent, indulgent with leading clever people into delving for information & persuing education. Are there any young, bright folks out there interesting in sciences, medicine or civics that he can help along for a bit?
~ Always looking for SERO CR, especially now that he's in the neighborhood more often?
~ If anyone would like to get into some moral debates, or push him to do less upstanding things for good reasons? I'd really like to get Daedalus in over his head with someone, somewhere beyond his usual element. So...consider this an offer for company plotting, overhearing information he shouldn't, getting into situations he really wasn't made to handle?
~ I am not looking for hospital patient CR, currently, because I'd really like to encourage giving the other doctor characters a shot at doing their thing. But follow ups at the clinic with his usual patients would be cool!

Well to be frank Daedalus is willing to dip into the unsavory side of shortcuts, though it does depend who it's benefiting. He's still interested in ways to finance Diego Armando's astronomical medication costs (is even digging deeper into work with SERO to do it) so depending on what favors can be played in return-
I would love some give and take between these guys. Is there anything in particular that Tonegawa wants/needs from Dr. Yumeno right now?
