28th October Sylar-Get Attempt

So this is the wrap up post to organise the conclusion of the Sylar plot, such as it is for now. Currently planned is the following:

Attempt to capture Sylar #1
Friday 28th October
To include: Any members of the Copcast/Batfam or anyone else that Zulfiqar has drafted in for the occassion. Please contact Psi about being involved if you're interested.
Conclusion: Failure

Attempt to capture Sylar #2
Tuesday 1st November
To include: Batman, (Re-l as arresting officer?)
Conclusion: Success, Sylar goes straight to jail. He does not pass go, and he does not collect $200. Batman will be watching the battle on the 28th and drawing from the battle with Sylar for his own, ergo there will be a feeling of Batpresence throughout. For those of you who may cross the line in the process beware! Ceiling!Bat is watching you!

So #1, this is where the plotting comes in, because only a little of this is actually planned yet. Consider this a first draft of what will actually happen, and throw feedback at me. The only things so far set in stone are the following:

. A confrontation of some kind
. Some kind of battle
. Zulf is injured somehow, his Joker blood paralyses and poisons Sylar, making this almost a victory (but also throwing Zulf's identity into doubt, I imagine?)
. Sylar escapes through the shadows at the very last second (being paralysed, doped etc. has never neutralised his abilities) and later that night will be sloppily killing an NPC re. poison immunity.

Ideally, I imagine this going something like this:
Zulf's band of merry men come for Sylar all at once, betting (rightly) on the numbers as a greatest strength plan. Most people who have fought Sylar once already are aware that he doesn't fight incredibly physically, and depends on his powers. Sylar knows his own weaknesses too, and will attempt to split up the group by first blinding them, then disappearing through the shadows.

This plays into a bearable log structure, i.e. not one where Sylar is fighting 20 people at once. In groups of ones, twos and threes, each in a seperate thread on the log, it also means we can try and wrap it up faster. Those who want to be injured, killed or maimed, this is your chance, since post-confrontation he will be more aggressive and assertive. Some hits on Sylar are fine, and I am not above him having broken ribs/a broken arm/bruises all over by the time he escapes--how much damage each group can do depends on how many groups there are, obviously, but considering his opponents it'd be insulting if they didn't at least leave a couple of dents on him.

Sylar's last opponent is Zulf (and whoever is fighting in his group, assuming he's not fighting alone?) and at some point therein he will deal the clown a blow that spills blood onto his own skin. Joker's blood causes paralysis and eventually death, as well as twisting the victim's face into a ghoulish grin. Sylar will be stopped dead, at which point he can either slip into the shadows straight away, or he can be put into an ambulance/police van before he vanishes, i.e. disappearing before he arrives at his final destination.

Like I said, this is a draft, and I am completely open for people's two cents. Would anyone who intends to be involved at the very least say 'Aye' or try to organise yourselves into groups so that I know whose names to add to the log, and what threadstarts to make. Thanks.
