Why is it that some people remember what happened, but others don't? Yosuke thought about how Souji told him that Kanji did not mention ever being in the city. Was it because Kanji chose to return to Inaba? Fat load of good that did when they just ended up being taken by another city. At least, it didn't seem half as bad as where he was. Yosuke smiled an ironic smile as he shook his head, because he only just got to the city and there was a hell of a lot of stuff that could still happen.
He leaned up against one of the walls as he just wasn't sure about how he was going to go about telling Shinjiro the things that he knew. But, he couldn't just say something then back out of it. Thankfully, things seemed to still be pretty hectic that he was allowed to worry if there were going to be more earthquakes over what it was that he was going to say when he finally did talk to Shinjiro. When people passed, he smiled brightly at them and made a few jokes to cheer them (and by extension himself) up just a little.
There's no reason to drag everyone down, right? Yosuke lightly scratched the side of his face as he felt more than a little embarrassed if he bothered anyone else with these concerns that were running through his head. Everyone was already pretty worn out from the earthquake and dealing with the aftermath. His hand moved to scratch the back of his neck -- awkward and nervous tics that he had picked up along the way. Just think of this as another battle... don't psyche yourself out and ... go through the motions with as little pain as possible.
