Snape cannot escape the Snake
Who: Severus Snape (potionsmaster) and Orochimaru (snakeinpants)
When: May 30th, just before the evening sirens
Where: 10th district, Snape's slumlord apartment
Summary: Orochimaru is out looking for a few good men and finds something even better.

There was always room for more specimens at home, and it was the same in Siren’s Port--especially difficult though, given the size of the city and the fact no one was able to leave. That was how Orochimaru found himself in the tenth district. It was a place where unfortunates gathered, where crime was rampant, and where one or ten people would not be missed. Orochimaru was very familiar with places like this. Most of his best finds had been waiting for him in the same kind of locations. And he was used to dealing with the local populace. Even if he had not been a legendary ninja, he would not have feared a place like this.
Still, because he was forced to work in a single city instead of having the world for the taking, he used a measure of stealth when scouting for potential specimens. Orochimaru scouted the area until he found a building he was sure had many inhabitants, and then emerged from that building’s wall. He made sure no one was around before stepping inside.
