SUMMARY: Sam is going to make breakfast, and Lucifer is going to sample it and then force Michael to do the same.
Lucifer arrived more or less on time. He didn't knock of course, since it was a bar, but he also didn't use the door. He simply appeared just behind and off to the side of Sam, watching him and waiting.
