[Death missed the last big party for Halloween, and so she wasn't going to miss this one at all. Plus, she had the perfect idea for a dress, anyway.

So she's wearing a "mullet" dress made of feathers, and of course it's black. Always black.]

[Retsu does what she can to support the Newcomer cause, and attending this party is no exception. Her own dress speaks of a far simpler elegance than Didi's does, but she can certainly appreciate the interesting style.]

Ah. Good evening, Didi. That is certainly an eye-catching gown.

Hey! [She beamed, smoothing out some of the feathers.] I rarely get a chance to dress up, I figured I would go all out. Have some fun. [Laughs.]

I love your dress, though! Are you having fun?

Quite the shame you weren't here for Halloween, then. It was quite the spectacle. [She'd never done Halloween before, herself. But it had been eventful, and the children in their costumes had been very sweet.]

Thank you; I suppose I find myself as comfortable in white as you find yourself in black.

It is rather enjoyable; somewhat more festive than the parties of Soul Society nobility.

Oh, I wish. But life didn't seem able to pan out for that! [Shrugs happily.] Isn't it? I'm having a pretty good time. Any time you get to dress up should be special.

This is really brilliant, but it's too bad they never ask my help with the decoration.

[Elaine Belloc was dressed simply with a blue dress. She liked to keep things down to minimalism unless it involved going out of character in a costume.]

I could have made it snow inside.

Did you offer? [Smiles.] I think snow would have been a little overwhelming. And Kurt was so excited about this! Poor kid, he rarely gets a chance to do things.

Well, not exactly in that area. [She's more general with her idea of helping others.] He did a good job.

You could tell that he had a lot of fun. And that's really all he needs, right?

Mm. It is. [She pauses.] I'm thinking of taking a business opportunity, you could say.

You mean sort of a hobby while we're here?

Yeah! Last time I was here, I took over the S.S. Kahve. It was a lot of fun! But Roxas is doing such a great job with it, and I don't want to take it away from him. So I need something new to do.

What are you thinking this time? You know you'll always have my support, Didi.

This time? Well... I've been a little sad that not many people are doing anything with the whole bounty hunting deal, here in the city. I've been talking to the person behind it, and someone else, and I think I could make it a little more... fun.
