Good afternoon everyone; my name is Raul Creed, and I will be part of the group that is going to help make sure things run smoothly today.

Some of you may know me from the work I do at Lion's Gate, and some of you may know me from the Newcomer Political Party. I am glad that you all could come to this meeting, and to let your voice be heard. I'm sure that once everyone is on the same page, we won't have any problems in working together.

My name is Re-l Mayer and I'm a member of the SPPD. I'm also a caseworker, so if there's anything you need in the way of lodging, jobs, information, or anything else, I'd be happy to take your case and help you in any way I can.

There's a pamphlet circulating around the meeting for you all to have. Think of it as a bit of secondary information that you can refer to if you have any questions. Obviously, this is an open forum to answer those questions, but there's a list of numbers and contacts in the pamphlet that you can use if you think of anything else.

[ Bruce isn't officially within the committee: what he said to Raul is that he'll attend private meetings, but he won't officially and publicly be on the NPP. So basically, no one sees a lot of him, so there's no real introduction. He works in the background because low profiles are good things. So he's not in this meeting, but he's in the NPP anyway I get to list him. ]

[He's at the meeting, but he seems very distracted. He has a few papers on his desk, unrelated to the matters at hand, and he keeps on checking them, reading them, making a few marks with a pencil here and there, and sipping from a six-pack of coffee cups from a cafe beside him.]

My name is Franziska von Karma, and currently employed as a teaching fellow involved with several pre-law subjects at Siren's Port University. I am also the primary administrator of the Newcomer Fund.
