He hears the buzzer and trots lightly from his condo and down the stairs. It takes less than a minute, feet falling lightly, the soft, almost not-there scrap of thin, split-sole shoes against the floor. Even before he opened the door, he knew it was Walter, although he quickly motioned the door open. With the fall-like weather, they'd rolled a thick mat out over the floor in front of the doors so he wasn't concerned the hall, although he nudged a small robot out from a docking station near the wall and it motors over to the porch to mop up the water.

"Hello Walter."

"Good evening." It was warm, happy even.

The little robot didn't need any other direction, but it scrubbed the floors, mopping the water and leaving it completely dry.

"Wonderful. No, I'm not busy, relaxing before Sirens."

"Here." He pulled an umbrella bucket closer, having stored it in the corner.

"Hopefully not."

He rolled his shoulders a bit.

"Care for a cup of tea?"

There were also lemons in the kitchen, should Walter like some for his tea. "A few different blends - I'd have to check the kitchen, but I know there is hot water already."

He motions Walter to follow and leads to the main floor kitchen, taking a basket down with tins of loose leaf tea. Earl and Lady Grey, several other blends of black tea, a few red tea blends, greens and white teas mixed with fruit or flowers, and about a dozen herbal blends.
