[The club is open and a pounding club music thumps, keeping awake even the sleepiest of club goers. On his stage, seated in a throne like red chair, Eric looks lazily out at his guests and lets his eyes close, lets the music beat through him too.
He hates club music, but the bass? That's why he sits on the stage, so close to the speakers; the bass feels like a heartbeat when he has none. It thumps through him.
Drinks are half priced for the hour after sundown, and there is a vast supply of energy drinks on hand. Near the bar, the smell of coffee hangs in the air, and if you ask the bar staff nicely, they'll sell you performance enhancing drugs to wake you up just a little more. Lovely.]
