Summary: Destiny serves as the library representative and is handing out vouchers for returned books/new library cards.

[Destiny neither despised nor enjoyed the mundane tasks that were assigned to him as an...employee of the library. In retrospect (and perhaps from another's eyes), the idea of a concept...of Destiny working, looming in the aisles, tending to the books, directing lost visitors to the sections they wished to find, and reading to the children, was surreal. He performed his job well, ideal in the fact that he knew many things. However, there were moments during this simple existence that an individual has approached him upon discovering his identity.
They would ask about their future. The occasional desperate soul, wary of what was to come. He had regarded them as he had regarded anyone else, as an unwavering being who did not favor some over others (a white lie. There were few whom had captured his attention. Their fates, regardless of his inclination to speak with and guide, remained beyond his influence).
Long aged finger tips slide over timeless pages. He stood at the front desk, a looming stoic draped in weathered brown robes. He was assigned the role as representative of the library. A stack of vouchers piled neatly beside him and a half empty basket behind him where lost books would find their way (some, he knew, that would never come).
