Who: Shiroe Rei Seki, a few hallucinogenic spores and you!
When: Backdated to Friday afternoon and evening.
Where: Anywhere in the streets, plus Skye hospital.
Summary: Shiroe's a very friendly and open kid on a typical day, so on a day that things seem even stranger than usual, he'll talk to everyone about anything. Telepathic projections may or

This afternoon he's mainly people watching, but it can't keep him interested for long. He's far too restless.]

[rather than being a spokesperson for an exercise ad, Shiroe's rocking on his own feet right behind Tyrell, smile as wide as possible and eyes zeroed in. his telepathy is delving right into the other's mind, regardless of the fact that some part of him knew it wasn't exactly a good idea to be so careless; but even without telepathy, it was obvious this boy wanted to move.]
[Shiroe didn't think too much of moving, right then, but he still did. moving meant distractions, right? right.]

Then he starts to freak out. Who is this guy -- why is he looking at him like that? Why is he even speaking, and what does he mean by that, anyway? Tyrell takes an unconscious step backwards, shaking his head, trying to figure out if he was imagining things -- it had almost felt like there had been somebody in there.
The kid's still there, looking at him, and yeah. It's still freaky.]
Hey! What do you think you're doing?!

[this kid, especially. so much emotion, so much feedback - you should be a Mu (another absent, accidental projection) - and the other seemed to have some awareness of what was happening, which was a bad thing if Shiroe thought about it but a good thing if he didn't.]
[so, he didn't. instead, he beamed and replied rather matter-of-factly:] I'm talking to you.

After another disbelieving look over his shoulder, he realizes he actually needs to address this guy who seems to be talking to him, for some reason or another.]
Listen, I don't think I'm who you're looking for.

[this was all matter-of-factly, plainly, with him not budging an inch or twitching a limb. but then he blinks, shoulders drooping a bit, and maybe - maybe? - he looks a bit less creepy, since he's suddenly furrowing his eyebrows curiously at the other.]
There's no one else around like that right now, is there?

In the end he shifts his weight from foot to foot and sticks his arms behind his head once his hands have cooled down a bit. All in all, he's doing his best to fake nonchalance, although his voice still comes out rough and angry:]
I dunno, I'm not the one walking around reading minds. You tell me.

[so when he went and said that, Shiroe came to realize he still had enough sense left in his head to blink and straighten up. immediately try to pull back his powers, too, not that he could; something about seeing floating fish and hearing imaginary calls was keeping him from grabbing onto his abilities, the threads of control now noticeably slipping through his mental hands and that was not good, and, oh, his stomach was hurting again--]
How'd you know that?
[stupid question, very stupid question, but he suddenly couldn't think enough to get past that. if he was more aware, he'd realize he hadn't been thinking that far the entire day. it was just now that it was obvious.]

I felt it, didn't I? I could feel you using your magic on me. [The psynergy in his hands is pulsating now, and is begging to be discharged somewhere. Regretfully realizing that he still can't justify pummelling this boy, Tyrell aims the mini fireball at his feet and lets go. It's warm, sure, but he's a Fire Adept, and that status at least comes with some fire resistance.] Anyway, if you're trying to play dumb you're really bad at it, so I'm gonna ask you one last question: do I know you?
Reply
[except that last term was something he hadn't said outloud, and Shiroe belatedly clamped down on it as fast as he could, which was pretty fast given the fact that a fireball was being offered as a distracted.]
[needless to say, the other had the Mu's complete and utter attention.]
[he swiftly side-stepped when the fire hit the ground, eyes wide right where it'd landed. it might've been small, yes, but that combined with the fact that the other knew and - something was going grievously wrong, Shiroe now thought.]
[he looked up, shoulders hunched and hands curling on his shirt's hem; and yet, still, he managed to look vaguely confused.] No. No, I don't think so.
Or... we never met in person. Until now, obviously.

Oh, so you've been watching me?
Reply
[this is still honestly confused, nonetheless:] Have I? You're...
[a beat.]
Tyrell.
[a head tilt.]
Have we talked?
Reply
Nah, I don't think so. Think I would remember somebody like you.

You just seem like the kinda guy who would leave an impression, is all I'm saying. Do you do to this everyone you've just met?
Reply
- How did you know I was doing that? [eyes up, over to him, only slightly wavering - and then correcting,] Doing this. Most people can never tell.
[and then, as if it's a crime Tyrell committed against him personally:]
But you're not a telepath.
