Blaine had been throwing himself into his work. It was really the only thing that he could do without wanting to go crazy. Music has always been the perfect distraction for him. His hands moved over his keyboard, perfecting the flow of the mash up he was creating. When he wasn't at the club he was either sleeping or practicing.
He was resiting the urge to check his NV obsessively for updates he knew wouldn't be there. It was much better to try to be productive than to sit around all day moping. He knew it was pretty selfish for him to be so frustrated with the situation. He wasn't the one who was blackmailed and then locked up in jail. He wasn't the one who had been at that club or who had been facing the possibility of being exploited. That had all happened to Kurt. Kurt was the one who had to deal with all of that.
Blaine just wished that he hadn't been so completely useless in supporting his boyfriend. The lying and the hiding was the most frustrating part of this situation. Blaine's fingers moved over keys so that he wouldn't have to dwell on the idea of Kurt in a cell being leered at by other prisoners.
He had no way of knowing that Kurt wasn't actually in a cell anymore.
