When: Sometime after Chuck was taken to the hospital

Summary: Peter and Sam bump into each other at the hospital and HAVE CHATTY FUNTIEMS.

[ After taking the ambulance ride with Chuck back to the hospital, Peter had to return to his actual duties, considering he was still on shift when he'd been texted. But that didn't stop him from poking his head in on Chuck every once in awhile to make sure that the guy was doing okay. Mostly that involved walking past the door and seeing the various flood of people go in and out to do exactly what he was doing. But he couldn't help it, the guy had obviously been pulverized, and Peter was always inclined to worry.
Having just walked on past once again, he checked the nearest clock, willing it to go a little bit faster so he could get off work. Apart from Chuck's accident it hadn't been a very eventful day, making it drag on painfully and feel like it was lasting infinitely longer than it really was. He'd take a busy day over one like this, and he figured he might as well just make his rounds all over again.
Starting down the hallway again, Peter had to pause when he saw a familiar face, if he could even call it that. He hadn't talked to Sam in- he couldn't actually remember the last time he'd talked to him, but he came up with a smile despite everything. ]
