Where: Sector 4-ish.
Summary: The addiction is there, and Kevin is feeding it. Frau gets caught.

Kevin had felt he need growing like an itch at the base of his skull and he wanted nothing more than go feed it. Unfortunately, there were too many people in the house and sitting around his half of the garage dissolving apples just wasn't working.
This required bigger targets.
Kevin stripped into nothing but a tank top and jeans. Going without sleeves and gloves was so damned freeing. People took it for granted.
He shoved his hands into his pockets as he went out for a walk. The sirens had sounded and the streets were almost deserted. Except for the monsters. He was one of the monsters tonight.
The need crawled along his skin making him stop and watch as a mutate came scuttling at him from the shadows. Then, he grabbed it and held on while the thing died squealing.
The rush against his senses almost made his knees weak. He'd needed that. Brushing off his arm, he put his hands back in his pockets and continued walking. There would be more. Tonight, he'd go home satiated for a change.
