[Daedalus is very proud of their humble little outpatient practice, and so he comes in early the morning of photo-shoot, to make sure everything is impeccable, two new health educational posters hung up, fish tank in the waiting room cleaned, all instruments put away, spare for a few inoffensively chosen props.]

[The lights seem unusually bright today . . . Ah. The lampshades are gone. How curious. Though perhaps not as curious as the people standing around with large illustration boards, with seemingly no pattern as to whether the boards were facing in or out.

[Ah, yes. The photographs for the NPP calendar are to be taken today. Perhaps that is the reason for all of this strangeness. Retsu is dressed normally, of course, light-toned clothing visible beneath the traditional white doctor's coat.]

My, such a production.

[She smiles over at him.] It is certainly quite the effort being made, isn't it? I would not have thought photography this complicated, though I suppose any art has its complexities.

It really is. I wouldn't have thought it was this complicated, either. But, then, it's only one picture, isn't it?

Is it merely one? I wasn't entirely sure of that; I've fairly little experience with this type of thing. [Soul Society does have cameras and such, but it's not something she really gets involved with.] Perhaps they are looking to photograph different aspects of the job, rather than, or in addition to a posed picture?
