[The sun shines down upon the fairground, casting its rays lovingly over the people there. The fairground is a place full of excitement, filled with laughter and loud voices and the occasional child crying. Except somehow, something seems off.
It might have to do with the two men dressed in black and the girl dressed in the maid's uniform that are heading towards the park. When he heard that admission was free today, Liquid's first thought had been that Echo and Kadaj might enjoy it. They might reduce it to rubble too, in Kadaj's case, but at least they'd have fun. And perhaps, just perhaps, it would help them get along a little.
...so far, just getting them there had turned out to be exhausting even to him. Was this what it was like to have children?]
