[It had taken the last of Xion's energy after her last ditch attack on Vanitas to get far enough away from him to call up a Dark Corridor without him noticing. She didn't pay too much attention to her destination; the adrenaline that had been keeping her going was rapidly depleting, her hands were shaking and her knees felt like jelly.
There was also the fact that her head was far too full.
Ven was gone. Vanitas has taken him over. She'd let everyone down, she'd gone out there to try and save him and ended up getting him caught-
She still didn't know where Roxas and Sora were-
