Summary: Just a couple of guys that helped save the galaxy catching up. And surmising the situation at hand.

Somehow, it really hadn't surprised him that Zaeed had ended up there, as well - the guy seemed to find himself in some of the most ridiculous situations, and still manage to come out on top. (That was just the kind of guy he was, though, right? Fucking tough as nails.) He had to give him credit where credit was due, of course; he'd never gotten himself into something that he couldn't get himself out of, and he guessed that was the important part. Know your limits. That kind of thing.
Still .. he wondered what this was going to be like. How long they were going to be stuck like this, and how they were going to function. This place seemed .. primitive compared to everything he knew. To say the very least, it was going to take some getting used to.
Not to mention the pull of real gravity, and not the artificial shit generated on the Normandy. Yeah .. that was going to take some getting used to, too. As if moving around wasn't difficult enough on a good day.
He sat there, on the edge of the bed that sat in the corner of the bedroom, a ball of restless energy before he decided to get up and move around. Check the place out a little more than he had upon his initial arrival. It didn't really look too bad - no cracks in the ceiling, no loose floorboards, no pyjaks .. oh, but. Hold on a second. Were those only on Tuchanka?
He'd have to remember to look that up later. When he found the means.
And he just kept wandering around the apartment, scoping things out while he waited for the old merc to show up. He hadn't even thought about the fact that he hadn't given him the apartment number - but he wasn't sure he was comfortable giving that out over the public network. Not with that .. creeper poking his head in. There was just something wrong with him.
