Fifth floor. Have a room all to yourself. Though I'm sure Jubilee won't mind if you want to visit her apartment - or anyone else for that matter.

13 feet by 10 and a half feet or 9 feet by 12 and a half. Which would you like?

[The elevator opens and Erik leads him inside the condo - it's pretty large, the living room open to the ceiling and a catwalk above connecting the two sides, a spiral staircase leading to Erik and Charles' bedroom, a normal staircase on the other side leading to the two others.]

Awesoooooome! [Sets the box down and goes all over the place exploring! Is totally going to go play on that spiral staircase.]

Franklin, up there, [He motions up the spiral stairs] Is my and Charles's bedroom - the kittens are locked in the bathroom so don't open it, all right?

Okay, I won't! [Clambers up the stairs, then pauses and peers over the railing at Erik.] If there's an extra bedroom, how come you and Doctor X are still sharing one?

Because we want to and because we may need the extra room. Careful, don't climb over the railing unless you can fly. [Gently teasing.]

Oooh. [Good enough for him lol] I can fly! If I had my powers. [Frowns a little] I wish I had them back...

[Erik GRINS and makes a small motion, and Franklin bounces up and over the railing, sitting inside a bubble. Which Erik proceeds to fly around the living room, like a gentle roller coaster.]
