[She ties the robe that had be provided by the staff upon her arrival loosely around her waist as she exits one of the indoor baths. When she comes across Madara making his rounds she's still towel drying her damp her with one hand, but she can't quite stop herself from pausing to throw a compliment his way.]

[ She'd heard about the event, and while she still didn't really understand what the whole holiday was about, it looked interesting enough to bear visiting. Once she stepped through the door in Uzushio, she couldn't help but marvel at the sight - not just the size of the place, or the interior - but just the sheer scope of the event.

So she'd wandered around, exploring the area with avid curiosity, until poking her head into one room rendered her awkwardly speechless and sent her fleeing in the other direction. How she prayed for a nice cozy rock to curl up under - but instead, she will probably settle for coiling herself around something comfortable to perch on and socialize. Or People-watch. People-watching was always fun. ]

[Byakuya had managed to find an out of the way place. Fragrant tea steamed next to his elbow. A book of poetry was cradled in his hand.

However, he was very aware of everyone and everything around. Seeing the young woman, who looked slightly lost, Byakuya actually looked up from his poetry and quirked an eyebrow just slightly. He could tell another noble. It was a skill that had often saved him trouble back home.]

[ "Lost" was putting it mildly. Quietly horrified at stumbling upon a couple having a good ol' time, yes. Out of place? Oh heavens yes.
And while Ella was certainly noble born, she herself often forgot it in favor of being treated like a normal person. Or as normal as one can be for her.

Byakuya on the other hand, all but exuded the aura of noble. Ella paused at the other gentleman, and gave him an easy smile, quickly regaining her composure. Taking a step towards him, she sketched a polite, graceful curtsey. ]

[Valentine's Day is just an excuse to get people to pay for expensive gifts for their loved ones and for other people to benefit from a commercialized spectacle. After the day she's had - complete with roses from an unwanted suitor and a visit to the Joker the day before - Re-l is more than ready to relax and spoil herself.

She slips off her boots at the door politely and heads back to her room to change, first and foremost. With that done, she heads off to explore the Ryokan on her own, admiring the scenery and eying some of the guests.]

[Tyki is perched at the bar, of course, enjoying a bit of strong alcohol - is it any surprise to anyone? He appears to be quite relaxed even though he's sharply dressed, calming people-watching as they pass through or circulate around him. When he spots her...]

Well, well. [He raises his voice so she catches it.] Look who decided to turn up after all.

[She hears him before she sees him, turning. Re-l gives him a brief smile, wandering over to him. Of course he'd be at the bar; she should have guessed.]

I thought I'd take your advice, for once.

[He nods to her and raises a finger to call the person keeping the bar over.] Will you take something?

[She has only been soaking in the hot bath water for a few minutes. With so many things to do she finds it amusing she's one of only a few guests taking advantage of one of the few indoor baths. Not that she was about to complain, the quiet atmosphere and the hot water against her skin feels amazing.]

[Forget socializing. Rin is taking full advantage of this opportunity to bath it up. She's spent a lot of time dancing attendance on other people enjoying the hot water; getting in herself is delightful. Her eyes are closed and she looks half-unconscious.
