[ It's his usual deal, teleporting a block away and walking the rest of the way to his target location. He's not as bundled up as usual, as he's left in a hurry, which is why he's still shivering upon entering the precinct. It takes a quick sweep of the building to locate Re-l (the conference room), but he double checks with the secretary anyway before going up.

With a polite knock to the doors of the room, he enters, shedding his coat and placing it on a free chair as soon as he gets inside. ]

[It was a good thing Cloud left early. Still new to the city, it took him awhile to track down the police station, especially considering he didn't want to ask any pedestrians for directions in case he drew attention to himself. That, and he didn't know if the locals would even help someone if the word 'police' was muttered, not with the rumors bound to be spread after the Joker's broadcast.

Directed by the secretary at the front, he makes his way to the conference room upstairs, not bothering to knock before he enters. He'd been given the clearance to enter, so clearly they had to be expecting him. His gaze flits between the two unfamiliar figures in the room, pausing near the doorway.]

[She looks up, recognizing the voice. She wanders over to Jomy and gives him a smile, and then turns to the other blond man there.]

Cloud Strife, correct? I'm Re-l. Thank you for coming to help us.

[Re-l turns to Jomy and him both.]

[Re-l sits down at the table and looks across at the others, flipping the screen to the Joker's file that the police have been working on for months. It's horrifically disjointed, full of "possible cases" that haven't been touched, things that he could have done and things that he has confessed to, including the reasons why he was brought to the station recently, despite his escape.

He needs to be caught. A head-on strike isn't going to be very smart, but considering our numbers and what we have to offer, it might be the smartest thing. He's targeting the local cops, not us.

We need to find him, first. We need to figure out what he has at his disposal and how to approach him and take him down in the easiest, and safest, way possible. What do we have so far?
